This software, including its source code, object code, design, graphics and
documentation (the "Software"), is the property of M3DS AI.

1. No licence is granted except as stated here. You may use the Software only
   as an end user through the service M3DS AI provides, under these terms.
2. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer (except where
   the law expressly allows it), distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent,
   or make any commercial use of the Software or any part of it, unless you
   hold a paid, written commercial licence signed by M3DS AI.

4. Third-party components included in the Software remain under their own
   licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Nothing in this licence limits
   the rights those licences give you for those components.

WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL M3DS AI OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS
OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS
LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID M3DS AI FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE
THE CLAIM.
