PRODJ3000 terms of use

PRODJ3000, including its source code, design, graphics and documentation (the "Software"), is the property of M3DS AI.

App membership: Signup and sign-in are required. Membership currently includes free full platform access, including recording and all tools, without a trial countdown or 30-minute session limit. Paid membership is paused while the platform is being completed. No card is required. Music storage upgrades remain separate. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

1. You may use the Software only as an end user through the service M3DS AI provides, under these terms.
2. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer (except where the law expressly allows it), distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent or make any commercial use of the Software or any part of it, unless you hold a paid, written commercial licence signed by M3DS AI.

4. Third-party components remain under their own licences, listed in Third-party notices. Nothing here limits the rights those licences give you for those components.

No warranty. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3DS AI and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the Software or its use, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid M3DS AI for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.
